• Move a second master unit into position to the right of
the first unit with a gap of about 4' [1.22m] between the
sides of the decks, again with the safety lock and foot
levers facing toward the front. Adjust the pin connectors
as required.
• WARNING! Do NOT attach a "bridge" deck to
the side of a master unit unless bridge bars are
in place.
• Install two bridge bars.
• Lower the notches at left end of a bridge bar over the
lower fixed pin in the main frame at right back corner of
the first master unit.
• Align the notch at the right end of the bridge bar with
the hole in the main frame at the back left corner of
the second master unit and insert the hitch pin until it
extends beyond the bridge bar notches on both sides.
• For the other bridge bar, lower the notches at the right
end of a bridge bar over the lower fixed pin in the main
frame at the left front corner of the second master unit
and use the hitch pin to connect the left end of the
bridge bar to the right front corner of the first master
unit.
• Install a deck onto the properly adjusted four-pin con-
nectors of the two master units that are now connected
to each other with the two bridge bars. Secure the deck
by tightening the adjustment screws (F) on all four pin
connector pins (D) with the T-handle hex wrench.
• Set up additional master units with bridge bars and
decks as outlined above as needed to achieve the
desired overall stage width.
• If a bridge deck is to be omitted to achieve the
desired overall stage width, install two side to side
connectors where the bridge bars would otherwise have
been installed to keep them from separating from each
other.
