This section explains Settings for customizing your phone.
Accessing Settings

Applications
The Settings menu displays on the screen.
Wireless & networks
These settings let you control and tailor how your phone
communicates with networks and other Bluetooth devices. (For
information on making and using your phone's wireless
connections, see "Connections" on page 63.)
Airplane mode
When airplane mode is activated, all your phone's wireless
connections are disabled, and you cannot make or receive calls
or messages or connect to networks. While in airplane mode, you
can use other features of your phone, such as playing music,
watching videos, or other applications.
From the Settings menu, touch Wireless & networks.

• Wi-Fi: Touch to turn Wi-Fi On or Off. When on, a check displays in
the check box.
• Network notification: A list of nearby Network Access Points
(NAPs) detected by your phone.
• Add Wi-Fi Network: Manually add a new Wi-Fi connection.
