Trouble shooting
7.1
System messages.
The wheel balancer can show messages to the op-
erator. These may be error related (E-codes) or ser-
vice related (C-codes). The codes will be described in
the following chapters.
Whenever a code appears:

write it down
-
look up the code in the list. If the code is not de-
scribed, call Accu Service.

perform the steps described.
The format of this chapter is:

E-codes.
When the E-code is displayed, a low beep is gener-
ated.
E22
Spinning timeout.
E23
Spinning speed not reached.
E24
Spinning speed too low.
The wheel has failed to be spun up to balancing speed
within the time limit set.
• Check that the brake pedal or wheel is not blocked
by accident.
• Check the power supply.
• Call Accu Service.
E25
Reverse error.
The shaft turned in the wrong direction at a given
speed.
• Apply the brake.
• Call Accu Service.
E26
No acceleration.
Shaft acceleration was not detected.
• Call Accu Service.
E27
Slip detected.
• The wheel slips on the shaft. Mount wheel properly
insuring that sufficent torque is applied to wing nut.
E28
Speed limit reached.
• Call Accu Service.
E29
START pushbutton pressed with wheel guard raised.
