The Power Supply does not need any type of maintenance. If you observe that it is not working properly, please contact our customer attention
department.
THE POWER SUPPLY DOES NOT CONTAIN ELEMENTS THAT CAN BE DISMANTLED OR REPLACED BY THE USER.
6. OPTIONAL COMPONENTS
The components listed below are optional and are delivered separately from the DMX Power Supply.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems
The projectors do not respond to the orders
of the controller
The projectors do not respond to the orders
of the DMX controller or the colours do not
coincide with those required
Usual causes
Current is not reaching the equipment
Faulty DMX signal
Incorrect connection of the projectors
Incorrect configuration of the feeder switch
Incorrect connection of the projectors

Solutions
Check the mains socket (230Vac)
Check the installation of the DMX line. Only
the last DMX equipment of the DMX
communications bus should have the line
termination activated (2-position DIP switch)
Check the connection of the projectors
inside the feeder
Check that the channels assigned to the
feeder (9-position DIP switch) correspond to
those enabled in the DMX controller
Check the connection of the projectors
inside the feeder
