UNEXPECTED – TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of finding a trouble when operating, follow the instructions below for checking
and fix the problem and/or make contact with your representative.
Unexpected

Probable Causa

charge.

Solution
-Recharge the handpiece
on the base for 4 hours.
-Wait the cooling for some
minutes.
-Restore the connection.
-Get in touch with Gnatus'
technical assistance.
-Buy the appropriated resin
for the wavelength of the
polymerizer, that is, which
contains photo initiators
with camphorquinone.
-Correctly attach the light
conductor fixed.
-Clean the light conductor.
-Remove the protection
cover of the light conductor.
-Fix correctly the light
conductor.

conductor.
-Contact Gnatus' technical
assistance.
