• Connect the lamp power (load) to the red wire on the dimmer.
• Connect the yellow traveller wire on the dimmer to the remote dimmer.
• Connect the green or non-insulated (copper) GROUND wire from the circuit to the green wire on the Touch Remote. The TDR
requires a ground. Be sure to verify the ground connection.
• Do not exceed 200ft of traveler wire between the devices.
c. Three or More Locations (Fig. 7)
NOTE: Use the TDA-603 with 2 or more TDR Touch Remotes.
NOTE: The TDA-603 does not work if used in conjunction with
standard 3-way/4-way switches.
NOTE: The dimmer may be in any position in the circuit.
• Connect the green or non-insulated (copper) GROUND wire from
the circuit to the green wire on the dimmer.
• Connect the power wire from the circuit (HOT) to the black wire on
the dimmer.
• Connect the neutral wire to the white wire on the dimmer.
• Connect the lamp power (LOAD) to the red wire on the dimmer.
• Connect the yellow traveler wire on the dimmer to the Touch
Remote.
• Do not exceed 200ft of traveler wire between all the devices.
d. Touch Remote
• Connect the green or non-insulated (copper) GROUND wire
from the circuit to the green wire on the Touch Remote. The TDR
requires a ground. Be sure to verify the ground connection.
• Connect the yellow traveler wire from the Touch Dimmer to the
Touch Remotes.
5. Put all the new switches into their wall boxes. Position the dimmer with the word TOP in the correct orientation. Use the captive
screws on the mounting strap to secure the dimmer to its wall box.
6. Restore power to the circuit. Turn on the breaker or replace the fuse.
7. Attach the cover plates.
• When a lamp must be replaced, use the Air Gap Isolation feature for safety. This feature is only available at the
dimmer.

• To activate the feature from the dimmer:
