Note: Medtronic adhesives are pressure-sensitive. Pressing the adhesive against the skin ensures that the
sensor remains adhered to the skin throughout the wear period.

12a. Hold the sensor
in place and
gently remove
the adhesive liner
from under the
adhesive pad. Do
not remove the
adhesive liner from
the rectangular
adhesive tab. This
tab will be used
to secure the
transmitter in a
later step.

12b. Firmly press the
adhesive pad
against the skin
to make sure that
the sensor remains
adhered to the skin.

13a. Untuck the
adhesive tab
from under the
connector.

so that it lies flat
