WARNINGS AND ERRORS

Airzone Blueface thermostat displays all the system warnings in your screensaver. Besides, if there is any error, it will be
displayed on the screensaver, on the main screen and on "Errors", in user settings.

Warnings

Anti-freezing. It will be displayed in case of activation.
Dew. This alert warns of a risk of water condensation and the zone has been shut
off, turning on the dehumidifier if it has been installed. Only available in systems
with radiant stages in cooling mode.
Dew Lite. It indicates there is a risk of condensation and the zone where the Lite
thermostat is located has been turned off. Press the icon to know which zone is
affected.
Battery Lite. Low battery warning. You will know the zone the warning comes
from by pressing on the icon.

Incidents

If any of these errors occurs, please contact with your installer.
Error 1. Communication error with the control module.
Error 5. Temperature sensor is opened.
Error 6. Temperature sensor is short circuited.
Error 8. Lite Thermostat not found.
Error 13. Communication error between the main control board and the control module of radiant elements.
Error C02. Communication error between the Main Board and the Production Control Board.
Error C09. Communication error between the Aerothermal Gateway and the Production Control Board.
