Problem
No mist coming out
of nozzle.
Humidifier produces
an unusual smell.
Humidifier makes
a loud or unusual
noise.
Mist is coming out
from base.
Cause
Unit is not plugged in.
Unit is not turned on.
No water in tank.
Water level is low.
Unit is new.
Residual smell from diffusing
essential oil on the aroma pad.
Dirty water or water has been in tank
for a long time.
Tank is positioned incorrectly.
Water level is low.
Unit is not level.
Unit is malfunctioning.
Water tank is not positioned correctly.
Solution
Plug the humidifier into a powered
electrical outlet.
Tap the power button to turn on the
unit.
Add at least two cups of clean water
into the water tank.
Rinse the water tank and allow the
humidifier to air dry.
Clean the water tank as instructed in
the Keeping Things Clean section on
page 17.
Align the water tank cap with its
respective port inside the inner
chamber.
Add at least two cups of clean water
into the water tank.
Place unit on a flat, level surface.
Turn off and unplug the unit;
discontinue use. Contact Customer
Support (page 21).
Turn off/unplug the unit, then align the
water tank cap with its respective port
inside the inner chamber.
