Cleaning Procedure
Drip Bowls,

Metal Finishes
• Wash with soap and water, a glass cleaner, or mild liquid sprays.
Trim parts
• To avoid scratching or dulling the finish, do not use mildly abrasive, abrasive, or caustic cleaners such as oven
cleaners.
Oven Interior
• Self-Clean – Follow instructions on page 12-13 for Self-Cleaning Oven.
Oven Racks
• Clean with soapy water.
• Remove stubborn soil with cleansing powder or soap-filled scouring pad. Rinse and dry.
Racks will permanently discolor and may not slide smoothly if left in the oven during a self-clean operation. If this
occurs, wipe the rack and embossed rack supports with a small amount of vegetable oil to restore ease of movement,
then wipe off excess oil.
Plastic Finishes
• When cool, clean with soap and water, rinse and dry.
Door handles
• Use a glass cleaner and a soft cloth.

NOTE: Never use oven cleaners, abrasive or caustic liquid or powdered cleansers on plastic finishes. These cleaning

NOTE: To prevent staining or discoloration, wipe up fat, grease or acid (tomato, lemon, vinegar, milk, fruit juice,
marinade) immediately with a dry paper towel or cloth.
