7 TROUBLESHOOTING
The PV Inverter is supplied with a self-diagnosis system that identifies automatically a large number of
anomalies and displays these on the LCD screen. It is therefore possible to isolate technical problems
very quickly and to differentiate between the Service Codes relating to the installation from those internal
anomalies of the PV Inverter. Whenever the self-diagnosis system identifies a specific problem, the
corresponding Service Code is displayed on the LCD screen.
Table 1. The error code of the PV Inverter and a description of the error code
Information error appears in Events
Warning the second led lights, yellow led, and error appears in Events
Alarm the third led lights (red led) and error appears in Events. Though this error is solved it is
necessary reset the failure from the display: "Orders"

Remedy
1. Disconnect ALL the PV (+) or
PV (-)
2. Wait for a few seconds.
3. After the LCD turns off,
reconnect and check again.
4. If the same error occurs again,
contact with the local distributor.
Wait for generating more energy.
If the error doesn't stop, contact
with the local distributor.

2. Wait for a few seconds.
3. After the LCD turns off,
reconnect and check again.
4. If the same error occurs again,
contact with the local distributor.
Disconnect the AC circuit breaker.
Then check the configuration of
the peripheral AC system and the
grid conditions. If the failure
reoccurs, ask the local distributor
for help.
