OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
PROGRAM 6 - MODERATE BURN - HEART RATE CONTROL THROUGH THE INCLINE
This specific program uses the training area between 60% and 75% of the maximum heart
rate, by controlling the incline of the treadmill. To use it, adjust the age using the SPEED
buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12) and press START (BUTTON 9) to confirm. The program
will automatically calculate the heart rate range according to the age informed. The display
will show the 3-second countdown, starting the activity at the end of the count. The user can
control the speed throughout the activity.
PROGRAM 7 - VIGOROUS BURN - HEART RATE CONTROL THROUGH THE INCLINE
This specific program uses the training area between 75% and 85% of the maximum heart
rate, by controlling the incline of the treadmill. To use it, set the age using the SPEED buttons
(+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12) and press START (BUTTON 9) to confirm. The program will
automatically calculate the heart rate range according to the age informed. The display will
show the 3-second countdown, starting the activity at the end of the count. The user can
control the speed throughout the activity.
PROGRAM 8 - HEART RATE - HEART RATE CONTROL THROUGH THE INCLINE
This specific program works with the maximum heart rate area determined by the user, by
controlling the incline of the treadmill.
To use it, first set the maximum heart rate, which may be between 50% and 90%, using the
SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12), and press START (BUTTON 9) to confirm. Adjust
the age using the SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12) and press START (BUTTON 9) to
confirm.
The display will show the 3-second countdown, starting the activity at the end of the count.
The user can control the speed throughout the activity.
PROGRAM 9 - PROGRESSIVE - SPEED
In this program the user informs the starting speed, maximum speed and the total time of
duration of the activity. Adjust the starting speed from 1.2 km to start the activity. Use the
SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12) to adjust the speed and press START (BUTTON 9)
to confirm. Adjust the maximum speed, up to 18 km/h, which will be the target speed when
you complete 70% of your activity. Use the SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12) to
adjust the speed and press START (BUTTON 9) to confirm. Set the total activity time between
01:00 minute and 1 hour and 30 minutes using the SPEED button (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and
12). Press START (BUTTON 9) to begin the activity. The countdown of 3 seconds will appear,
starting the activity at the end of the count.
