• Fixture should be mounted to a grounded junction box marked for use
in wet locations.
• Always use same wattage and type of bulb that was included with the
fixture. Failure to do so will void warranty.
• Fixture should be installed by persons with experience in household
wiring or by a qualified electrician. The electrical system, and the
method of electrically connecting the fixture to it, must be in accor-

Installing the bulb
Step 1: Loosen screws that hold the lens in place and remove lens
from fixture.
Step 2: Line up the pins on the base of the bulb with the holes in the
mounting socket and slide into place. NOTE: To remove old
bulb, grasp the base of the bulb and gently pull the bulb away
from the mounting socket.
Step 3: Replace the lens and tighten screws that hold the lens in place.
Assembling your fixture
Step 1: Loosen the swivel bolt located on the back of the fixture (A).
Step 2: Thread the junction box coverplate (F)
onto the mounting arm (D).
Step 3: Add caulk to the mounting arm
threads to help maintain a
weather-resistant seal.
Step 4: Secure the locknut (C) to the
coverplate.
Wiring your fixture
Step 1:TURN POWER OFF at main fuse/breaker.
Step 2: This mounting plate (F) has been designed to work with a vari-
ety of different junction boxes. Line up the knockout holes in
the mounting plate with the screw locations in your junction
box. Drill out the matching holes in the mounting plate using
an electric drill and a 1/8" drill bit or knock out the holes with a
punch and hammer.
Step 3: Take the gasket (E) included with this mounting plate and posi-
tion it behind the mounting plate. Line up the screws in the
mounting plate with the appropriate hole pattern in the gasket
and remove gasket material in those holes.
Step 4: Connect the lampholder wires to supply wires from house
(white to white and black to black) using wire connectors.
Connect the ground wire to the supply ground or a grounded
junction box. NOTE: Be careful to connect the wires correctly.
Make sure no bare strands of wire extend from the wire nut or
other appropriate wire connector (not provided).
