1. Unplug the Pump from the power outlet.
2. For the Suction Fitting : seal it with the SF Cap .

For the Return Fitting : remove the RF Diverter , and seal it with the Service Plug .

3. Vent the Pump by slowly loosening the Vent Screw . Then twist counterclockwise to remove the Seal Top .
4. Take out the Filter Cartridge and any chlorine tablets left inside.

5. Loosen all four Hose Clamps , detach both the Hoses , and drain any remaining water.

6. Clean and dry all parts, including the Cartridge.
7. Liberally lubricate the Vent Screw O-Ring
8. Put all the parts into an airtight plastic bag, and store in a dry place that remains above 32°F (0°C) at all times.
The most efficient way to troubleshoot or replace the Pump is to remove the entire Pump Motor Assembly . The Motor is consisted of a Rotor Assembly
Rotor and/or its parts is/are broken, or the Rotor, even in perfect condition, is not seated in place between the Volute Cover
STEP 1: Removal of the Motor Assembly

3. Loosen the two Hose Clamps

4. Turn the Pump upside down. Locate the latch pin on the underside
of the Pump Base , push the pin down and then left to unlock.

6. Take out the Motor Assembly . Be careful not to lose the Rubber
