• C heck you do not have
headphones connected to the
phone.
• E nsure that your device is
connected to the Stereo
headset.
• E nsure that the music format
you are trying to listen to is
supported by the headset.
• E nsure that the distance
between the headset and
device is not more than 10
meters and that they are not
separated by walls or other
obstacles.
It's not supported. If you want
to listen to video sound, please
use the ear-connector instead of
Bluetooth headset.
