Safety Instructions

General
•
Read the user manual completely and carefully before use.
The user manual is part of the product and contains important information
for correct use.

Keep this user manual.
The user manual must be available for uncertainties and passing the pro-
duct.
•
Use product, product parts and accessories only in perfect condition.
•
Check regularly whether the device cable is still intact.
•
Do not use the product if the cable is damaged.
• Compare the specifications of product and power supply.
They must be identical or be within the specified range.
•
In case of questions, defects, mechanical damage, trouble and other
problems, non-recoverable by the documentation, contact your dealer
or producer.
Risk of electric shock
•
In case of emergency, during thunderstorms and after use, pull the pro-
duct on its plug housing!
•
Do not open the housing.
•
Do not modify product and accessories.
•
Do not short-circuit connectors and circuits.
•
Do not use the device with wet hands.
•
Do not place the product near an open window.
Rain splashing on the fan may cause an electric shock.
•
Secure packaging, small parts and insulation against accidental use.
•
Operate the device only with the protective net closed and intact.
•
Do not use the device if the protective net is damaged
•
First switch off the device and unplug the mains plug before removing
the protective net.
•
Always pull the product by the plug, not by the cable.
• Do not insert any fingers or objects through the protective net.
This can lead to injuries or damages to the device.
•
Keep long hair and loose clothing away from the fan.
These can be sucked in by the air flow.
•
Make sure that the fan is not near curtains or objects that can be pulled
into the fan.
• Do not operate the fan in the vicinity of explosive and/or flammable
gases.
• Do not place or operate the product near open flames, cooking or heat-
generating products such as radiators, heating registers and stoves.
Operation and storage conditions
•
Place, install and transport product, product parts and accessories in a
safe way.
•
During operation, place the product on a stable, level, dry and dust-free
surface so that it does not tilt during operation and the floor covering
cannot be damaged by vibrations.
•
Avoid stresses such as heat and cold, moisture and direct sunlight,
microwaves, vibrations and mechanical pressure.
•
Immediately disconnect the power plug if the product has become damp
or wet.
•
Do not operate the product in dusty environments or with inadequate
ventilation.
