EXHAUSTING
Exhausting
the dryer to the outside will prevent large amounts
of lint and moisture from being blown into the
room.
In

All dryers must be exhausted
to the outside.
The required exhaust duct is 4inch(102mm)
in diameter.
Only those foil-type flexible ducts, if any, specifically
identified for use with the appliance
by
the manufacturer
and that comply with the Outline for Clothes Dryer Transition
Duct, Subject
2158A,
shall be used.
The duct shall not be assembled
with screws
or other fastening
means that extend
into the
duct and catch lint.
In Canada:

the manufacturer
shall be used.
