2. Treatment types and alternation between programs

Hands & feet treatment
• Time: It is recommended to perform sessions of about ½ hour.
Follow the treatment guide described on the next section.
• Intensity: There is a range of 15 levels. It is suggested to
progressively select the highest intensity that can be tolerated to
maximize the treatment's effectiveness. With a too low intensity
level, it may be ineffective.
• Hands treatment: suggested intensity level between 5 and 10.
• Feet treatment: suggested intensity level between 10 and 15.
Note: Hands are more sensitive to current than feet. Nails and the back of the
fingers are particularly sensitive. It is recommended to apply petroleum jelly
on the most delicate areas (wounds, blisters, etc.). Note that in these areas,
the treatment will not act. If excessive sweating is not found between fingers
or in the palms, it is possible to carry out the treatment by turning the hands
(submerging their reverse sides supporting the fingers with the foam pads of
the treatment units).

Initial treatment
Perform daily treatments of ½ hour.
Those who tolerate the treatment without discomfort can carry out
double sessions (1h) or two single sessions per day (½ h), waiting
enough time between them. This accelerated treatment regimen
can be applied to feet therapy, as it is less sensitive to current.
This daily therapy should be prolonged until you feel a sweat
decrease. This does not occur gradually, but suddenly. The average
time required to achieve it is about 7 hours in total (14 sessions
of ½ hour). This is only indicative because, depending on the
degree of sweating and the level of intensity applied, more or
less sessions may be needed.
