USEFUL ADVICE

The choice of Wash and Spin times depends on
the characteristics of the product. In fact, the
degree of dirt on the Vegetables themselves,
their consistency or delicacy, can influence the
duration of the Wash time, which is usually 2
minutes.
The A-81 Vegetables Washer is supplied with a
water flow regulator (OPTIONAL) which acts
on the force of the Wash, increasing or
decreasing the water flow pressure of the Wash.
This allows the possibility of different types of
Wash depending on the consistency or delicacy
of the product.
As far as Spin times are concerned, 1 minute is
usually enough.
You can adjust rotational speed and washing
times according to your requirements and the type
of vegetables to be washed up (see program set-
OF
up paragraph).
You may also choose as an option a special thin-
mesh or large-mesh basket (OPTION) depending
on the type of vegetable.
To wash mushrooms it is advisable to use a
Gentle Wash and longer Wash times.
