1. INTRODUCCIÓN AL SISTEMA DIGITAL GUINAZ.
INTRODUCTION TO THE DIGITAL GUINAZ SYSTEM.
Audio / Data Bus
(wires 1M, 2M, 3M)
The wiring of the digital Guinaz system is made up of a 3-wire
bus for the audio and data signals and power supply, with which
all the equipment of the installation can interconnect. These three
wires can be of any type readily available in the market. They
must only comply with one requirement: the cross section of
the cables will be adequate for the installation to be carried
out.
If the installation is for a video entryphone, the digital Guinaz
system will allow sending the video signal via a 75 ohm coaxial
cable or a cat. 5 twisted pair cable.
You can also perform the entire installation with a single UTP cable
cat.5 (4 twisted pairs), using a pair for each of the digital signals
Guinaz.
Wire number 1 (1M or 1P) is the positive power supply one for
the equipment. Wire number 2 (2M or 2P) is ground for the entire
digital system. Wire number 3 is in charge of conveying the data
in accordance with the digital communication protocol of the
system, and also the audio signal when communication is
established between two sets of equipment.
Wire 1 (1M/1P): +17Vdc power supply
Wire 2 (2M/2P): ground
Wire 3 (3M/3P): communication (data/audio)
The following figure shows the single wire diagrams of this type
of system, according to whether the installation has telephones
or monitors in the dwellings:
With the digital Guinaz system it is possible to provide
from the simplest installations with a single access to
more complex ones with multiple internal and external
accesses, without the need for including additional
modules or signal exchangers to mix the bus connected
to the external accesses to the bus of the dwellings.
