LCD information

• If a CD is in, auto adjustment starts.
During auto adjustment, the display flashes - -.
• If no CD is inserted, disc is displayed. Insert a CD, then close the lid.
Auto adjustment starts.
• If the lid is open, OPEN is displayed. Closing the lid starts auto
adjustment.
• If the CD player is unable to read the CD's Table of Contents (TOC), then
Er displays.
• After the TOC has been read, the display shows TOC for 1 second.
• The CD's first track starts playing automatically. ESP starts flashing to
indicate the anti-shock feature is on. If you want to turn off the anti-shock
feature, press the Anti-Shock key, and then ESP is no longer displayed,
and anti-shock is turned off.

Playing a stopped CD

• Press the PLAY/PAUSE button, the display changes to 01 00:00 and
starts playing.
