5.2
The term skilled personnel means persons whose training, experience and instruction, as well as their
knowledge of the respective standards and requirements for accident prevention and working
conditions, have been approved by the person in charge of plant safety, authorizing them to perform all
the necessary activities, during which they are able to recognize and avoid all dangers. (Definition for
technical personnel IEC 364).
5.3
Check that the panel and the pump have suffered no damage during transport or storage. In particular,
ensure that the external casing is perfectly entire and in excellent condition; all the internal parts of the
control panel (components, leads, etc.) must be completely free from traces of damp, oxide or dirt. If
necessary, clean carefully and check the efficiency of all the components in the control unit; replace
any parts that are not perfectly efficient. It is indispensable to ensure that all the control panel leads are
correctly secured to their terminals. In the event of long storage (or in the event of replacement of any
part) it is advisable to carry out on the panel all the tests indicated by standards EN 60204-1.
6.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Manufacturer does not vouch for correct operation of the panel if it is tampered with or modified, or made to
operate above the values indicated on the data plate.
The Manufacturer declines all responsibility for possible errors in this booklet, if due to misprints or errors in copying.
The company reserves the right to make any modifications to products that it may consider necessary or useful, without
affecting the essential characteristics.
7.
INSTALLATION
Strictly respect the electric supply values indicated on the electric data plate.
The electric panels must be installed on dry, vibration-free surfaces. Although they have a degree of protection of IP55,
it is not advisable to install them in an atmosphere with a large content of oxidising or corrosive gases.
If installed in the open, the panels must be protected as much as possible against direct sunlight. Suitable steps must be
taken to keep the internal temperature of the panel within the "environment temperature field of use" given below. High
temperatures lead to fast rapid of all the components, causing malfunctions with varying degrees of severity.
It is also advisable for the person who installs the panels to ensure that the cable clamps are watertight.
Use the cable clamp gripping rings provided to block the power cables (of the panel, the electropump and the floats), so
as to prevent the cable clamps from working loose.
As standard supply, the panels are provided with four brackets for fixing them on the wall. It is recommended to fix
them to the wall using only the slots provided in the brackets, without making unnecessary holes in the box, so as not to
affect the degree of protection of the panel and its functionality

Characteristics and interpretation of the wiring diagram references.
The panel is self-protected and protects the electropump against overloads, short circuits and overtemperatures, with
manual reset. It comes complete with terminals for connecting the motor, the pressure switches and the control electro-
probes.
Complete with terminals (without potential) for remote feeding of an acoustic or luminous alarm. Provided with a
button for manual operation of the electropump, timer for regulating the pause time against dry operation, microswitch
for selecting function with 1 or 2 probes, microswitch for selecting protection against excessive starts. Setting for
draining or filling operation.
The internal transformer is supplied complete with a self-resetting protection against overloads or
short circuits, which manually cuts out the supply voltage for 3 minutes.
