Operations performed by the customer
Before calling the servicing department thus avoiding unnecessary costs, check whether the problem is included in the following list:
DEFECT
The machine does not function and the
indicator light (10) is off.
The machine does not work and the indicator
light (10) is lit.
The machine functions correctly but ground
coffee does not come out.
Defects - Malfunctions
CAUSE
Electric power cut-off.
Thermal protector cuts in.
Coffee bean receptacle gate (3) closed.
REMEDY
Check the presence of the electric power.
Check the position of the on-off switch (3).
Wait for the machine to cool down.
Push the gate (3) towards the inside to open
the passage of the coffee to be grounded..
