► The display turns off after 2 minutes.
► Keep warm function will switch off when you remove the kettle from the base. When the
keep warm function is activated again, the 60 minutes will start again.
► Press keep warm button (Warmhalten) or ON/OFF button (An/Aus) until illumination
turns off to cancel keep warm function.
► If temperature is flashing in the display then the keep warm function is not started,
because the current temperature in the kettle is lower than the desired keep warm
temperature.

14.5 Auto Start function

Each boiling or brewing process can be started delayed.
Select the desired setting for tea or water boiling. Afterthat press Auto Start button until
"Uhrzeit" and "Startzeit" are flashing in the display.
The display shows the current time (Uhrzeit) and autostart time (Startzeit).

Use the buttons for the temperatur to set current time.

Use the buttons for the time to set autostart time.
Then press ON/OFF button (An/Aus) for confirmation. When the autostart time is reached
then the boiling and brewing process is started as usual.
► To switch the autostart function off press Auto Start button or ON/OFF button
(An/Aus) until the illumination turns off.

► When you use
time are displayed.
► You can use keep warm function also for Auto start function. To do this press keep
warm button (Warmhalten) after confirmation of settings with ON/OFF button
(An/Aus).

14.6 Standby Mode

The display turns off after 2 minutes and device switches to standby mode.
To reactivate the device you can press any button.

14.7 Overheating protection

The device is equipped with overheating protection. When the kettle is cooked empty then
the device turns off automatically. Let the device cool down before filling it with water
again.

15 Cleaning and Maintenance

This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to cleaning and maintaining
