8.4 Programming parameter "L" (working width)

This parameter is the working width of the machine in metres (or feet).
Enter the programming phase as described above and edit the value with the "+" and
"-" buttons; pressing and holding either button will speed up the editing process.
After setting the required value, press "Prog" to confirm and exit the programming
phase.
