QUICHE ON A STICK
8 Slices Bacon
4 oz. Shredded
Swiss Cheese
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
4 Eggs, beaten
¼ Cup Finely
Chopped Onion
1 Tsp. Salt
½ Cup All-
Purpose Flour
1 ½ Cups Milk
Bamboo Sticks
PEPPERONI PIZZA ON A STICK
1 (14 oz.) Package
Egg Roll Wrappers
24 (1 oz.) Pieces
String Cheese
25 (4 oz.) Packages
Sliced Pepperoni
Sausage, cut
into strips
Bamboo Sticks
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high
heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
Preheat the SNACKS ON A STICK maker as directed.
Combine eggs, butter, onion, salt, flour and milk; whisk
together until smooth. Mix in crumbled bacon and cheese.
Pour egg mixture in preheated wells of the Lower
Cooking Surface. Place sticks in center of mixture. (Be
sure to completely cover sticks with egg mixture.)
Close the Lid and cook for 4-7 minutes or until cooked
through. Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove each with a wooden or plastic kitchen utensil.
Preheat the SNACKS ON A STICK maker as directed.
Lay out the egg roll wrappers one at a time. Place one
piece of string cheese in the center near the edge, then
arrange some pepperoni around the cheese. (You may
also add in any of your favorite pizza toppings.)
Roll up the string cheese a little, fold in the sides, then
continue to roll up. Seal the edges by moistening with
water. Repeat with remaining wrappers, cheese and fillings.
Insert sticks. Place in preheated wells
of the Lower Cooking Surface.
Close the Lid and cook for 5-8 minutes.
Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove pizza snacks with a wooden
or plastic kitchen utensil.
Serve with your favorite tomato or marinara sauce).
