TurboDos 400 Installation Instructions

To properly install your Dosmatic system, we strongly recommend that you perform the following
installation steps. This information may vary depending on your specific conditions. See Fig. 5 Pg. 10
for full installation diagram.
1. Starting from fuel
cam lock, choose area
large enough to install
the TD400 with a 3
valve bypass.
3. Always mount your
TurboDos 400 above the
level of your chemical/
additive reservoirs. An
extension pipe can be
added to the mounting
flange as shown here to
ensure proper placement.
5. Secure top half of
manifold using bolts and
gaskets provided (see
bolt sequence and torque
specifications on next page).
7. In the box with the two injectors you will find the "Y"
assembly consisting of the suction tube fitting assemblies, 2
- 2ft yellow suction hoses, hose clamps and "Y" barb. Remove
O-ring from twist ties and place inside suction tube fitting
assemblies and screw onto the lower ends of each injector.
8. After the "y" assembly is attached to each
injector, you are now ready to attach the long yellow
suction hose to the "Y" barb and secure with hose
clamp. You are now ready to begin your start up
procedures located in the operating manual.
2. Depending on space
available cut out pipe
large enough to weld T's
on each side of the cut
pipe and the flanges to
On/Off valve in center
of cut.
4. Mount each injector
on bottom manifold
using bolts and
gaskets provided to
manifold (see bolt
sequence and torque
specifications).
6. Continue with
connection of top
manifold to complete
the 3 valve bypass
installation as
recommended.
