Firebreak, avoids that flames and
sparks go into de ventilation ducts.

Campana extractora
In case that the chimney caught fire, turn off the switch from the smoke extraction motor, turn the oven off quickly, closing the low
and upper vents. Use a fire extinguisher to suffocate the fire outside of the oven.
En el caso de que la chimenea se incendie, cierre el interruptor del motor de extracción de humos, apague el horno rápidamente,
cerrando los 2 tiros, superior e inferior. Utilice un extintor para apagar el fuego externo del horno.
The maintenance, cleaning and inspection of the extractor hood must be done according to the exhaust hood manufacturer's
recommendations or instructions manual.
El mantenimiento, la limpieza y la inspección de la campana extractora debe efectuarse siguiendo las instrucciones del manual o del
fabricante.
