How to enter in recovery mode

Power off the device
Long pres "HOME" button and "POWER" button at the same time until the recovery mode has
appeared.
After the new menu will appear, you must press "HOME" button in order to select "wipe data /
factory reset", then press "POWER".
Press "HOME" button in order to select "Yes delete all user data" and confirm with "POWER"
button.
When the process will finish, select "reboot system now" and press "POWER" button. The unit
will restart and restore itself by default.
