· Position the rear seat in the horizontal
position if the youngest child is very
small.
· If required, you can attach a hood to
each seat.
· The Duoseat has a guarantee period of
1 year with normal use. You must save
the purchase receipt.
Maintenance
· The paintwork does not require any
maintenance but is more likely to be
damaged by knocks or scrapes than
chrome is. Bear this in mind when
using a car to transport the pushchair.
· If necessary, you can spray the other
moving parts with Teflon spray (dry
lubricant) and rub this in using a soft
cloth.
Fabrics
· All Mutsy fabrics have been tested,
but if the pushchair gets very wet
there is always a risk that moisture
can seep into the lining via the lower
edges and seams and result in stains
on the liner material.
· The lining and the cover can be
washed by hand using a mild deter-
gent in water no warmer than 30°C.
NB: Do not use a washing machine or
dryer.
· Stains on the inner and outer covers
can be washed using water and a
bleach-free liquid soap. Always treat
the entire surface. Always store a wet
pushchair with its hood tensioned.
· Although the Mutsy fabrics have been
selected with the greatest possible
care and tested for colour fastness,
the material can discolour. Mutsy is
not responsible for any discolouration
that may occur.
Contents of the box
· 1 large frame
· 1 small frame
· 2 seats (number 01 and number 02)
· 2 hoods: 1 hood with a rear flap for
the rear seat and 1 hood without a
rear flap for the front seat
Assembly (1+2)
· Position the large frame with the
attachment parts above the universal
attachment point on the frame. Press
down on the duoseat frame until it
clicks firmly into position. Check
whether the duoseat is horizontal and
the red areas in the universal attach-
ment point are fully covered. (1)
· Fasten seat 02 to the small frame by
clicking the 2 front fastening clips
into place on cross connection C. (2a)
· Now place the 2 seats on the large
frame:
- Place the seat with number 01 so
that the 4 attachment clips are above
the 2 front crossbars (crossbar A + B).
Press seat 01 downwards, so that the
clips are on the crossbars. Now fasten
the 4 attachment clips so that they
click into place.
- Place the front seat such that the
protective edge (at the bottom of the
front seat) is placed in between the
support construction of the frame (F)
and the rear seat.
- Place the seat 02 with the 2 attach-
ment clips at the bottom above cross-
bar no. D. Take care to ensure the
metal pins on the duoseat frame are
guided into the recesses in the metal
back adjustment components. Move
the seat 02 so that the fastening clips
are on cross connection D. Close the
two attachment clips until they click
into place.
! You can only position the duoseat
frame on the frame in one direction.
This direction is shown in figure 1.
Removal from the frame (1a)
· Push away from you the two release
but-tons on the universal attachment
point until the duoseat is released
from the locking mechanism. You can
now remove the duoseat frame and
seats from the stroller.
Assembling the hoods (3)

shown in the drawing. Mount the hood
without a rear flap on seat 01. Mount
the hood with a rear flap on rear seat.
