The work place must be well ventilated.
The use of a dust mask of filter class P2 is recommended.
National requirements for the treatment materials you want to work with must be followed.
Processed material should be securely and properly fastened. Do not hold the workpiece in hands - it is safer to secure
the item in the mounting bracket / vise.
The power tool should always be guided with both hands holding the appropriate handles. Loss of control of the power
tool may result in personal injury.
Hands must be kept away from rotating parts or the sanding belt of the power tool.
Removing dust from sanding can be performed only if the device is switched off and disconnected from the power source.
Before any activities related to the adjustment, tapes replacement or servicing, please unplug the power cord from the
power outlet.

5. INITIAL OPERATION

Before plugging in, check that the rated mains voltage and mains frequency, as stated on the rating label, match with your
power supply. Attaching the additional handle Always work with the additional handle attached (3).
6. USE OF THE MACHINE
6.1 On/Off switch, continuous activation
Always operate the machine with both hands.
The machine must not be allowed to draw in additional dust and shavings.
When switching the machine on and off, keep it away from dust deposits.
After switching off the machine, only place it down when the motor has come to a standstill.
During continuous operation the power tool may be forced out of the operator's hands. Therefore always hold the device
with both hands using the handles, stand in a safe position and be focused on the job.
Switching on/Continuous activation: Push sliding switch (1) forward for continuous activation; now tilt down-
wards until it engages.
Switching off: Press the rear end of the slide switch (1) and release.
6.2 Shaft lock
Located on the top of the gearbox is a shaft lock pin. Press this pin to stop the shaft from spinning when installing a
polishing discs or abrasive tools. Do not press shaft lock pin when the device is running. Doing so will damage the tool and
can cause injury.
6.3 GFCI - Wet Stone Polisher MSW – WET900L / MSW – WET900S
The polisher should only be used with a GFCI. Before each use, test and reset the GFCI. If the GFCI does not test and
reset properly, replace it before using the polisher. The GFCI may reset automatically each time the tool is removed from
the power outlet; in this case you will need to depress the reset button prior to use.
7. CLEANING, MAINTENANCE
Motor cleaning: Blow compressed air through the rear ventilation slots of the machine regularly, frequently and thoroughly.
