Customer connection of remote-
controlled functions
General fault alarm
Connector
Connect the unit's general fault signal or alarm to the terminals
of the unit's terminal block (see wiring diagram).
Operating contact: 8 A at 230 V.
Signal for full capacity operation (if P111 =
Pmax)
Connector
Connect the signal for full capacity unit operation to terminals 1
and 2 of the CPU card connector.
Operating contact: 8 A at 230 V.
Automaticity control
Connector
Remove shunt "CA" between the terminals of the unit's terminal
block (see wiring diagram) and connect a "C1" contact at these
terminals (good quality contact with no polarity).
● contact open ➝ unit stopped
● contact closed ➝ unit operation authorised
Setpoint 1 / setpoint 2 selection control
Connector
Connect a C2 contact to the connector terminals on the CPU
card (good quality contact with no polarity)
● contact open ➝ setpoint 1
● contact closed ➝ setpoint 2
Heating/cooling selection control
Connect a C3 contact to the connector terminals on the CPU
card (good quality contact with no polarity)
● contact open ➝ COOLING operation
● contact closed ➝ HEATING operation
Water pump control
alarm
Connector
Connect the pump power supply between the connector
terminals of the main board.
Control of the "load shedding" function
Connect 1 to 4 contacts to the connector terminals on the CPU
card depending on the number of compressors for which you
want to perform load shedding, 1 contact per compressor
(good quality contact with no polarity).
● contact open ➝ normal operation
● contact closed ➝ compressor load shed.
NOTE:
● Connection to be performed on-site by the customer,
● For connection precautions, see the regulator manual and
the unit's wiring diagram.
Communication
● For local operation, a control and display panel makes it
possible to check on the unit instantaneously. It allows the user
to communicate with the microprocessor, configure the unit,
adjust the setpoints.
● Electronic remote control (optional):
This is installed in the technical room and is connected to the
unit by a pair of telephone type wires (max. distance 1000 m).
For a description of the functions and connections, see the
CONNECT manual.
● Relay card(s) (optional):
This card is installed in a cabinet in the technical room and can
perform the remote reporting of all unit operating states and
faults by providing contacts which are potential-free when
closed. It is connected to the unit by a pair of telephone type
wires (max. distance 1000 m).
For a description of the cards and connections, see the
CONNECT manual.
● Communication with central technical management
(optional). See possibilities in the CONNECT manual.
