Safety/Instruction Decals
Important: Safety and instruction decals are located near areas of potential danger. Replace damaged or lost decals.
1. Warning—read the Operator's Manual.
2. Cutting hazard of hand or foot—stay away from moving parts. Keep bystanders away.
3. Thrown object hazard—wear eye protection.
4. Warning—disconnect the trimmer from the power outlet and read the instructions before servicing or performing maintenance.
5. Electric shock hazard—keep the trimmer out of the rain and other wet conditions.
Setup
Adjusting and Assembling
the Trimmer
1. Loosen the
knob (A), then move the
assist handle up or
down the shaft to your
desired height.
2. Pivot the assist
handle to a comfortable
position (B), then tighten
the knob.
