SAFETY INFORMATION

This pump is not equipped with a switch. For a permanent installation, it is
better to connect the pump with an electric switch
Do not use the pump without a residual-current device (30mA)
When the pump is running, there must be no particles in the water (clean
water only).
Make sure that air can circulate easily around the pump, in order to ensure
its cooling, and make sure there is no risk of condensing
Do not use the pump if safety devices are damaged or used. Never deactivate
safety devices.
The pump must be used with 220-240 V AC current, as indicated on the
rating plate.
Do not use the power cable for carrying the pump or for unplugging.
Make sure that electric connections are protected from humidity.
Avoid dry-running of the pump. Never use the pump if suction hose is
obstructed. Use a device for lack of water detection.
It is strictly forbidden to pump corrosive, easily combustible, aggressive or
explosive liquids (such as gasoline, petroleum or nitro thinner), salt-water
and food.
The temperature of the liquid must not exceed 35°C.

GOLDEN RULES FOR CARE
1) Check the filter of the pump (9) regularly, and clean it with clear water if
necessary.
2) When temperature is close to 0°C, empty the pump housing by using the
drainage cap (1), and protect the pump of the frost.
3) In case of long period of inactivity, store the pump in a dry, well ventilated
place, protected from frost
