Installation guide:
Form and Laps of the Circuit
The circuit is normally rectangular, the two longest sides are perpendicular to the direction of the vehicle. (Metallic object). The length
with the greatest distance depends on the width of the street, usually 0.5m less than the width of the street on both sides. Circuit perime-
ter≥10m, 2 turns ; 6m≤ Circuit perimeter <10m , 3-4 turns ; Circuit perimeter <6m , more than 5 turns.
Crosstalk
When two circuits are being con gured and are in a certain proximity, one of the magnetic elds is disturbed by the other. This pheno-
menon called crosstalk will cause it to cause false detection and lock up the system.
To eliminate crosstalk:
A. Change the operating system frequency of the circuit by giving di erent number of turns to the same size circuit. Example: 4 laps to
one, 6 laps to the other.
B. Increasing the space between both circuits to a minimum of 2m.
C. Shielding the power cable: Single-core copper cable is indicated for power cables in circuits. Both the cable and the feeder must be a
single uninterrupted cable, or soldered together, and if the terminals are necessary, the wire must be resistant to heat and rust, with an
area not less than 1mm².
D. The length of the feeder should be a maximum of 5m, and the feeder should be intertwined no less than 20 times per meter.
Metal Reinforcement
The rebar, below the road surface will a ect the sensor induction changes, so it is suggested to give the circuit more than 2 laps than
normal.
