FCX ACT - USE
COMMANDS:
Starting
OFF
The fan coil is off. It may however start again in Heat mode (Antifreeze function) if the room
temperature falls below 8°C and the water temperature is suitable, in this case the red LED flashes.
Selecting the Ventilation Speed
AUTO The thermostat maintains the set temperature changing the fan speed in Automatic Mode in
accordance with the room temperature and the set temperature.
The thermostat keeps the set temperature through cycles of coming on and off by respectively
using the minimum, medium or maximum fan speeds respectively.
Temperature Selection
Temperature Selector (B);
Used to set the desired temperature (fig. 3).
The temperature corresponding with the selector set at the central position (fig. 5) depends on the
active set functioning mode (Heat 20°C, Cool 25°C, Antifreeze 8°C).
The differences of minimum and maximum temperature with respect to the central position are +8°C
and -8°C
Season change
The FCX- ACT fan coil automatically sets the Heat and Cool functioning modes according to the temperatures of the water in the
system;
for special settings, the season change function can be set by operating the temperature selector.
BACKLIT DISPLAY FOR USER (FCX ACT IN STANDARD CONFIGURATION)
The C LED changes colour to indicate the functioning mode
that is active:
RED Heat (heating),
BLUE Cool (cooling),
FUCHSIA when flashing, indicates that the water in the system
has not yet reached the temperature suitable for enabling
ventilation.

when flashing, indicates a functioning fault of the ambient probe
(Emergency Mode).
