If you have a known history of contact allergy or
tenderness to pressure, you should wear a thin
cotton armsleeve under the medi Epibrace as a
preventive measure. In principle, supports or
braces that fit too tightly to or around the body
can cause local pressure phenomena or, more
rarely, to constriction of blood vessels or nerves.
Wearing directions
During longer periods of rest (e.g. when
sleeping) you should take the medi Epibrace
off.

Attach the pad within the marked frame
depending on the indication. For lateral
epicondylitis (tennis elbow) onto the outer
area, for medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow)
onto the inner area. For the right arm ("R")
the tip of the pad faces upwards, for the left
arm ("L") the tip of the pad faces downwards.
When wearing the support the tip of the pad
should always point towards the hand.
Adjust the circumference to be as large as
possible and fix the strap to the support (fig. 2).
