Blade Lift System: Keep pressing button 2 & 4 simultaneously to lift the knives.

5.3 Operation steps used as divider

Put the dough into the divider bowl.

Flatten the dough manually in bowl to ensure the dough is even.

Close the top lid, and keep pressing the UP button to press and cut the dough.

Then press the DOWN button about 1 sec. to lower the dough a little, and open the
top lid.
Push the UP button to easily take out the dough.

5.4 Operation steps used with grid

Put in the hard pressing plate at the bottom of the bowl before

putting the dough. Lay the supplied silicone mat on the plate.
Put the dough into the divider bowl. Flatten the dough manually in bowl to ensure the

dough comes in the four corners of the bowl.
Close the top lid, and keep pressing the UP button for as long as you wish to press

the dough. Press the DOWN button about 1 sec. to reduce the pressure.
Then open the top lid and turn the gridframe. Lock the gridframe on the machine,

and hold the UP button to cut the dough. Press the DOWN button shortly to lower
the pression on the dough.
Open the gridframe and remove the divided dough.
