8. Can not make a call
Call options may be set against. Check the ban call menu.
9. Can not receive incoming calls
The "ban call"option might have been activated. Check
the ban call menu.
10. Failed to send a message
Check the option of message centre.
11. The key is silent and only vibrates
Check Silence Set Up
When the phone is standby, press and hold # can enter or cancel
this mode.
12- Special button " * " and " # " for message doesn't work.
Turn OFF / ON the phone.
