Electrical shock hazard
Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet.
Do not remove ground prong.
Do not use an adapter.
Do not use an extension cord.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire
or electrical shock.
First try the solutions suggested here to possibly avoid a service call.
If you experience
Washer not performing as expected
There is not enough
water in the washer
Washer won't run or fill,
washer stops working.
Wash light stays ON

Possible Causes
The load is not completely
covered by water
Check for proper water
supply.
Check proper electrical
supply.
Normal washer operation.
Washer may be overloaded.
Using too much detergent.
The washer is in detection
stage (Autolevel)
In some European factories the letter "W" of the part code mentioned herein will be automatically
This is normal. The washer will add the optimum amount of water for each
load. For better detection of load size and optimal operation of your washer,
introduce dry clothes.
Both hoses must be attached and have water flowing to inlet valve.
Both Hot and Cold water faucets must be turned on.
Check that inlet valve screens have not become clogged.
Check for any kinks in inlet hoses, which can restrict water flow.
Plug power cord into a grounded 3 prong outlet.
Do not use an extension cord.
Ensure there is power to outlet.
Reset a tripped circuit breaker. Replace any blown fuses.
NOTE: If problems continue, contact an electrician.
Lid must be closed for washer to run.
Washer will pause during certain phases of cycle.
Do not interrupt cycle.
Washer spins the load and creates humming sounds. This is normal
Remove several items, rearrange load evenly in basket and add detergent.
Close lid to continue the cycle.
Do not add more than 1 or 2 additional items after cycle has started to avoid
overloading or unbalancing.
Suds from regular detergents can slow or stop the washer. Always measure
detergent and follow detergent directions based on your load requirements.
To remove suds, cancel cycle.
Select DRAIN & SPIN and press Start/Pause.
Do not add more detergent.
For about 1 minute the washer will rotate until the load size is set.
