This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they DO NOT play with the appliance.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such
as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments farm
houses by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments bed
and breakfast type environments.
This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or
separate remote-control system. DO NOT use outdoors.
The maximum continuous operation time is 3 minutes.
Do not blend boiling liquids into blender.
When blending hot liquids, be careful with the steam. Remove the top access cover to
allow steam to escape.
WARNING:
• The blender blade is sharp. Handle carefully.
• Blade is sharp! Carefully remove the blade from the bottom of the vessel by turning
the threaded base counter-clockwise.
• When you empty the bowl, if you need to remove food debris, BE CAREFUL with the
blades. Turn off the blender and only use a rubber spatula to scrape the glass.
• The cup lid, the access cup and the blade are suitable for use in the dishwasher. Use
the top rack of the dishwasher. You can also wash the pieces, including the jar, with
warm water and detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
THIS UNIT IS FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
The maximum rating as marked on the unit is based on the attachment that
draws the greatest load. Other recommended attachments may draw significantly
less power.

SPECIAL CORD SET INSTRUCTIONS
1. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting from
becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
2. An extension cord may be purchased and used if care is exercised in its use.
3. If an extension cord is used the marked electrical rating of the extension cord
must be the same as the product. The extended cord must be arranged so that
it will not drape over the counter top or tabletop where it can be pulled on by
children or tripped over accidentally.
