Tools of this class operate on
a wide range of air pres s ures.
We recommend that air pressure
mea s ures 90 PSI at the air inlet
while in use. Low pressure (less
than 90 psig 6.2 bar) re d uc e s the
speed and performance of all air
tools. High pres s ure (over 115 psig
8.0 bar) exceeds the rated capacity
of the tool, which will short e n tool
life through faster wear and could
cause injury.
Always use clean, dry air. Dust,
corrosive fumes, and/or water in
LUBRICATION
Lubricate the air motor daily with
NAPA air tool oil. If no air line oiler
is used, run 1/2 oz. of oil through
the tool. The oil can be squirted
OPERATION
This ratchet is rated at 3/8" USS
bolt size. Rat i ng must be down
grad e d for spring U bolts, tie bolts,
long cap screws, double depth
nuts, badly rust e d conditions and
spring fas t en e rs as they absorb
much of the impact power. When
possible, clamp or wedge the bolt
to prevent springback.
