4.1. PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS OF WATER USE
Before carrying the washing, it is necessary to
check that the discharge plug at the bottom of the
washing tank is inserted.
Also make sure that the fabric filter in non-woven
material has been correctly positioned on the
filtering tank.
4.2. MANUAL CLEANING WITH BRUSH AND
WATER USE
Open the brush valve to atomize the aspirated
water with the pump from the collecting tank with
the brush. Then carry out the manual cleaning of
the parts.
The machine will be equipped with a mobile grid
placed on the washing tank to gather the parts
and to carry out the manual washing by means
of the atomizer brush or the equipped water
atomizer gun.
4.3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR DIRTY WATER
DISCHARGE FROM THE TANK
To carry out the discharge when the washing
tank is full of water mixed with paint, follow the
following instructions:
1. Add the coagulant according to the percenta-
ges indicated by the supplier of the paint
product;
2. Rotate the ON/OFF and the pneumatic mixer
regulator positioned on the front of the machine
in a clockwise direction. Air will begin to come
out from the mixer tube. This will make the water
bubble with the mixing actions. Continuing the
clockwise rotation of the regulator will increase
the intensity of the air jets and the relative mixing
power.
Correctly proportion the intensity of the mixing.
Improper use could cause the projection of
sprays of liquid/paint.
For this reason, it is advisable to use a minimum
intensity if the mixing is carried out with a partia-
lly empty tank.
3. When the paint is coagulated, shut off the
pneumatic mixer by rotating the appropriate
regulator in an anticlockwise direction.
4. Make sure that the fabric filter has been posi-
tioned correctly halfway between the filter plate
and the pre-filter in stainless steel mesh.
5. Open the tank discharge tap, turning the
relative handle in a clockwise direction and in a
horizontal direction.
6. Wait for the complete discharge of the
washing tank.
7. The filtering phase will last for a few seconds
in line with the cleaning level of the fabric filter.
Wait until all the mixture goes through the filter.
The coagulated paint will stay in the filter, while
the re-usable clean water will be deposited in the
botton tank.
4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
8. Close the tank discharge tap again, turning
the relative handle in an anti-clockwise direction
and in a vertical position.
4.4. ASPIRATION SYSTEM
The machine has an aspiration system for both
cabins (solvent-side and water-side). The system
benefits from the Venturi effect generated by a
high-speed air atomizing nozzle that aspirates
and conveys the fumes towards the outside of the
hood.
The aspiration in both hoods starts up automati-
cally when the machine is turned on with the
ON/OFF valve on the control pad. It is also
possible to exclude the water-side aspiration with
the appropriate control Exclusion aspiration
valve (water-side).
4.5. MANUAL CLEANING WITH BRUSH
Open the brush valve to atomize the water aspi-
rated from the collection tank with the brush.
Then carry out the manual cleaning of the parts.
The machine will be equipped with a mobile grid
placed on the washing tank to gather the parts
and to carry out the manual washing by means
of the atomizer brush or the equipped water
atomizer gun.
4.6. MANUAL RINSING WITH ATOMIZED USE OF
SOLVENT
The atomizing tube is present inside the tank in
the part suitable for solvent washing, from which
a small quantity of clean diluent is discharged in
a spray form.
Open the atomizing tap if you wish to carry out
a different manual rinsing of the parts or to only
discharge the clean solvent.
During this phase, the aspiration of fumes will
always be turned on.
