Mount the two lower steer with the following bolts(c,d) Pay attention to the steer, left
and right are different.
Steer (a.) must be mounted on the right. Steer (b.) must be mounted on the left.

Mount upper steer using the accompanying bolts and handwheel
Pay attention to the arrows on the plasticbrackets. They must be aligned when
mounting.

Mount throttlecable(a.) and clutchcables(b.) as shown on the picture.

Fyld fedt på gearet.
a. Dismount the sparkplughcap on the engine.
b. Add grease to the transmission.
c. Place the greasebottle in a bucket with hot water. This will make the grease
thinner, and thereby easiere to fill in the the transmission.
Only cut a little of the tip on the greasebottle.
d. Fill grease on the transmission, until it runs out of the indicatorhole, when the
machine is placed in horizontal position.
e. Activate the clutchhandle and pull 3 times, this will distribute the grease in
the transmission.
f. Add more grease, until the transmission is full.
g. Mount and tighten the bolt.
h. Mount the sparkplughcap on the engine.

Mount the blades using the cotter bolts and pins.
It is important that the edge of the blade turns forward, as shown in figure 22.

Mount the side guards using the accompanying bolts and nuts

Mount bracket for starterhandle, as show non the picture.
Activate the clutchhandle on the right, and pull the starterhandle. Fix the line/handle
in the bracket.

Oil and petrol
Note – Oil and petrol are not included!
Oil and petrol are not included with the machine. Fill the motor with 0.6 litres of SAE 30
motor oil and octane 92 or 95 unleaded petrol.
