1.3 Acceptance – Storage
In case delivered products are missing, non-conforming, or completely or partially damaged, the Purchaser
must issue in accordance with the Business Code's article 133-3 written reservations on the transporter's
delivery slip and confirm them within seventy-two (72) hours by registered letter along with a duplicate copy
addressed to S&P. Equipment acceptance without any reservations deprives the Purchaser of any future
recourse against S&P.
The product must be stored protected from bad weather, shocks and stains resulting from splashes of any
kind during its transport from the supplier to the end customer and onto the worksite before installation.
Storage environment :
Temperature: -10°C to +50°C.
Relative humidity : max 95% with non-condensing humidity.

The vendor agrees to replace parts or the equipment whose operation is recognised defective by our

Our warranty does not cover defects linked to abnormal usage or non conformity to the recommendations of
our manuals, faults observed following normal wear, incidents caused by negligence, lack of monitoring or
servicing, faults due to inappropriate installation of the devices or bad pre-installation storage conditions.
In any case, the vendor disclaims any responsibility for equipment transformed or repaired even partially.
