CARAMEL MOUSSE (ingredients for 4 people)
Ingredients:
150 g sugar
2 tablespoons water
250 ml liquid cream
90 g salted butter
PREPARATION:
Prepare caramel by mixing sugar and water in a saucepan and warm it until it
melts and gets darker and reddish brown.
Remove the caramel from the cook and mix it with liquid cream, until it mixes
properly.
Add 80g. of butter and stir gently until remove any lumps.
Pour the mix into the siphon container, place a gas capsule, stir and let chill until
is ready to serve it.
FOAM WHIPPER STRAWBERRY MOUSSE (Ingredients for 4 people)
Ingredients:
2 strawberry yogurts
20 cl cream
2 tablespoon strawberry syrup
PREPARATION:
Mix into a bowl two strawberry yogurts. Smash the bits of fruits in case there are.
Add 20cl. Liquid cream and 2 table spoons of strawberry syrup (it is possible to use
instead strawberry juice).
Pour the mix into the siphon container, place a gas capsule, stir and let chill until
is ready to serve it.
