The EFOY fuel cell switches off automatically. This fully-automatic switch-
off function is controlled by the two operating parameters of battery
voltage and charging current. In order for the EFOY fuel cell to switch off,
the voltage must drop below the set switch-off voltage level, and the
current must drop below the set switch-off current. The factory defaults
are a switch-off voltage of 14.2 V and a switch-off current of 2.0 A (4.0 A
for the EFOY Comfort 210). This means that the EFOY fuel cell switches off
as soon as the battery reaches a voltage of 14.2 V and the charging current
simultaneously drops below 2.0 A.
