Oven Use instructions
BAKING
Please note that the LOW function uses the low power. For best results, it is recommended that you
preheat the oven for 5 minutes on the function HIGH.
Operation
Turn function control to and Preheat the oven.
Place the wire rack on the unit support guide.
Place food on the wire rack.
Food should be placed as close as possible to the top heating element without touching it.
Brush food with sauces or oil, as desired.
Turn timer knob to the time that you want.
Turn food over midway through the prescribed cooking time.
When broiling is complete, turn the time control to "OFF".
Notice:
1. Cooking time varies with the temperature, quality and portion of the food material; please adjust
it in accordance with actual situation while referring to the recipe.
2. When cooking is continuous, cooking time will be shorter than that of first use due to the relatively
high initial temperature inside the oven; you can adjust it in accordance with the actual situation of
the food.
3. Built-in temperature controller will cut off automatically when the heated temperature is too high;
the oven will stop working for the time being, and return to work after cooling. Do not take the food
out, or else the food will be under heated.
4. Over-heat will cause food burning
5. When reheating food which tends to spill oil, you are supposed to place silver paper upon the
baking tray and food, in case that the oil spill into the heating components, thus causing smoke.
Tips:
1. The order of dimension follows length*width*height, which is an approximate number, referring to
the real object for specific size.
2. Since we keep improving the products, all technical parameters are subject to change without
prior notice.
Cleaning
1. Unplug the electronic oven in advance and do not clean until it cool completely.
2. You can use soft cloth or sponge dip with neutral cleaner to wipe the oven interior and exterior,
baking tray and grill, and then wipe them clean with water. Ensure avoiding the use of scrubbing
brush and similar objects for brushing, in case of damaging oven's internal and external surface as
well as the protective layer of baking tray and grill. Never immerse the oven into water for cleaning.
3. Avoid the use of gasoline, thinner, polishing agent and such poisonous and corrosive detergent
for cleaning.
4. Never wipe the heating tube at will, in the case that metal tube would be out of use for a long
time, and you are supposed to use a bit of food oil to wipe the surface of heating tube gently before
using it.
5. Check to see the set screws whether they go loose or not, and the ground wire as well.
6. Dry the cleaning components and plug it in before using the electronic oven.
7. Should the oven be out of use for a long time, it is supposed to be stored in a aeration-drying
place.
