NOTE
z Ensure that the RESET switch is easily accessible when installing the control
unit.
z It must be ensured that the electronic motor is always well ventilated!
z When installing in an enclosed seat console an additional opening may
have to be created!
➤ Apply the information sticker (15) to the instrument panel so that it is easily visible.

➤ Remove passenger seat.
➤ Remove the driver's seat.
➤ Remove storage basket underneath the passenger seat.
➤ Adapt the seat console of the passenger seat at the position shown. Remove approx.
2 – 3 mm of material.

CAUTION!
For safety reasons when drilling, note the location of existing wiring harness-
es, wires and other components, in particular those which are not visible! The
respective components are to be fitted so as not to create a risk of injury for
vehicle occupants (e.g. due to sharp edges) and not to impair the function of
safety features!
