• The conformities are certified. The manufacturer is in possession of
the relevant declarations and documentation.
• The manufacturer's warranty on new devices is 2 years.
• Make sure you keep the receipt as proof of purchase.
• The warranty is for all significant defects of the motor that are de-
monstrably attributable to defects in materials or workmanship.
• Defects are remedied – at our discretion – by substitute delivery of
a properly functioning motor or by the free-of-charge repair of the
returned motor subject to the following conditions:
1. The motor was handled properly and in accordance with the
recommendations provided in the operating instructions.
2. Neither the buyer nor a third party have attempted to repair the
motor.
3. The motor has not been tampered with.
• A warranty-related substitute delivery or repair does not result in a
general extension of the original warranty period.
• The warranty period for batteries is 12 months.
• In the case of a warranty event, please return the defective motor
together with a copy of the proof of purchase and a description of
the problem by collection service (only in Germany) or postage paid
to the specified service address.
• Parcels without postage paid are eliminated at the postal sorting
centre and will not reach us.
• After the repair, the motor is returned to you free of charge.
